Client Confidential Information
Customers often provide services to third party individuals who are added to the the website as a client (hereinafter “Client”) through the website interface. The information provided by the Customer may include the Client name, phone, email, and other identifiers (hereinafter “Confidential Information”).
BrightCourse is permitted to use the Confidential Information for the purpose of providing lessons to Clients and reporting usage to the Customer, monitoring the service and solving reported or discovered reporting issues, as well as creating de-identified aggregate reports for system monitoring. (hereinafter "Permitted Purpose").
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, BrightCourse must keep the Confidential Information confidential and the Confidential Information will remain the exclusive property of the Customer and will only be used by BrightCourse for the Permitted Purpose.
BrightCourse may disclose any of the Confidential Information to such employees, agents, representatives and advisors who have a need to know for the Permitted Purpose provided that BrightCourse informs such personnel of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information, and they agree to take all necessary steps to ensure the terms of this Agreement are not violated.
BrightCourse will keep track of all Confidential Information provided to it and the location of such information. The Customer may at any time request the destruction of all Confidential Information by BrightCourse at which time BrightCourse will destroy all Confidential Information and will not retain any copies of this information.
If BrightCourse loses or fails to maintain the confidentiality of any of the Confidential Information in breach of this Agreement, BrightCourse will immediately notify the Customer and take all reasonable steps necessary to retrieve the lost or improperly disclosed Confidential Information.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
